Adam’s Meat Shop is owned and managed by Adam Abramowski, a local resident of Folsom CA. He finished an Engineering Degree but he got a job as a meat cutter at an old-fashioned butcher shop in 2005. Since then, he has found a deeper appreciation of the art of meat cutting and butchering. He was trained by old school butchers and meat cutters and for the past 10 years, he had developed his own style and expertise. His passion for the art of processing meat has paved the way for him opening Adam’s Meat Shop.
