About Us

Adam's Meat Shop is owned and managed by Adam Abramowski.  He has a deep  appreciation of the art of meat cutting, butchering and sausage making.  He was trained by old school butchers and has since developed his own style and expertise.  His passion for the art of processing meat has paved the way for him opening Adam's Meat Shop in 2015 - delivering quality meats and products to Nothern California and beyond.
